Shenglin Financial Launches Fall Sales Campaign
Shenglin Financial launched its Autumn Sales Campaign at the beginning of the third quarter in September when Mr. Ted Onceanu, Director of Business Development, convened a meeting to kick off the event. He urged the Company’s financial consultants to “seize the moment” to create new sales records by following the rules governing the incentives for the sales contest.
President Xian Shenglin said at the meeting that the sales campaign provides incentives to contestants for better performance, which has been the corporate culture and tradition of London Life. He appealed to each and every member of his elite team to do his or her utmost to achieve the sales target set for 2014 at the Shenglin Summit this year. He shared his successful sales experiences and philosophies with his colleagues.
Inspired by Mr. Xian’s example, the meeting heard an animated discussion by participants who were upbeat about fulfilling the sales target.
