On June 8, 2017, the “The Belt and Road Initiative” special forum sponsored by Shenglin Financial was successfully held in the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto. The Chinese Consul General in Toronto He Wei, specially gave a speech for the overseas Chinese in Toronto "How far is the Belt and Road Initiative from you”.
