Shenglin Financial held a meeting on Oct. 12, 2012 to review the company’s autumn sales campaign which has been going on in the form of a sales contest. Mr. Ted Onceanu, director of corporate development, presided over the meeting and urged the company’s sales team to maintain a high morale and be aggressiveness in order to set new sales records.

At the meeting, Business Development Manager Sean Hao announced the list of winners in the previous two weeks of the campaign. Vice President Wallace Wang had maintained a strong momentum in sales growth. Other outstanding performers included Wang Yong, Jeff Zhang, Zhang Taishan, Kenny Tsui and “big sister” Amy Chen. Rookie salesperson Wang Xiaoda, who joined the company six months ago, surprised everybody by winning the largest number of contracts during the two-week period.

President Xian Shenglin attended the meeting and delivered a report on his recent participation in a high-level conference in the United States called “CEO Leaders Conference Forum” sponsored by the Power Financial group. The summit took place Sept. 12-15 in San Francisco with the attendance of the top sales representatives and financial consultants of three big insurance companies under the flag of the Power Financial group—Atlantic Life Insurance, Canada Life and London Life.

Mr. Xian said that of all the top sales performers attending the Forum, London Life took the top 10, due largely to the competitive edge enjoyed by London Life’s Wealth and Estate Planning Group, which focuses on serving the complex needs of affluent Canadians. Mr. Xian also talked about risk management and wealth accumulation in an inspiring lecture for his aspiring staff.

The meeting was wrapped up in a luncheon, at which the participants relished not only the delicious dishes as well as the success of their efforts.
